ROLLER TYPE MOLD, PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME, AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCTION OF FRESNEL LENS BY USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided are a roller type mold, a process for production thereof and a process for production of a fresnel lens by using the cylindrical roller type mold and transcription of fresnel formation patterns onto a panel. CONSTITUTION: The process for preparing the fresnel lens comprises steps of mechanically working a plate mold having desired fresnel patterns; of forming a flexible mold transcribed with a pattern opposite to the fresnel pattern by applying molding material on the plate mold; of placing the transcribed pattern inside the flexible mold having both edges attached; and of forming a metallic layer onto the transcribed pattern formed on inner circumference of the flexible mold then separating the flexible mold. As a result, the transcribed pattern is formed on outer circumference of the flexible mold.
