PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a composite in which a manufacture cost is reduced and high dimensional accuracy and mechanical characteristics are secured. SOLUTION: In the first step, the first material comprising, for example a steel plate is subjected to press working to form a surface layer (work piece) and in the second step, the space of the surface layer is filled with the second material comprising, for example an aluminum alloy without using any mold.
