PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soap bubble forming toy of a completely new type where a soap bubble forming ring comes out to the top of a container by depressing a depressing button though a soap bubble forming device is integrated with the lid of the container without exception in a conventional soap bubble forming toy. SOLUTION: The soap bubble forming toy is characterized in that it comprises (1) the soap bubble forming apparatus 2 consisting of a bar 21 having the soap bubble forming ring 22 thereon, (2) a pressure deforming container 3 for housing a liquid 7 for forming soap bubbles and the soap bubble forming apparatus 2, (3) an external container 1 for housing the pressure deforming container 3, and (4) a depressing means 4 for depressing the pressure deforming container 3 from the outside of the external container 1.
