PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal pad for treatment which achieves a prolonged sustenance of effects for stiff shoulders, lumbago or the like. SOLUTION: Thin pieces 1 made of a resin mixed being dispersed with the powder of graphite silica containing C of 0.1 to 7 mass% and SiO<SB>2</SB>of 67 to 92 mass% radiating intermediate infrared rays with the wavelength of 4 to 14μm at a high radiation rate are mounted on the adhesive surface of a single side adhesive tape. The pad thus obtained is applied on affected sites handily thereby enabling prolonged sustenance of effects for stiff shoulders, lumbago or the like. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
