PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headgear for a brain light measurement apparatus, allowing arrangement of measurement elements in line with a brain area to be measured, and capable of being installed to a prescribed position of a head with excellent reproducibility. SOLUTION: This headgear is provided with measuring terminals of the brain light measurement apparatus such as an f-MRI, and is installed to the head of a subject. Positions on a scalp corresponding to the brain area of a measurement target are previously found with respect to the subject, and hole parts for arranging the measuring terminals are formed in the positions corresponding to the brain area. An indicator for installing the headgear can be provided in the prescribed position of the head of the subject correspondingly to a specific portion of the head of the subject. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
