PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified mop which can be produced at low cost, is immune to its long-time use and further facilitates its attaching/detaching operation by attaching/detaching a handle to/from a mop main body with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A pair of left and right leaf springs 31 and 31 are provided from the lower portions of both left and right lateral sides of a handle base end portion 24 for raising a vertical plate 33 via an outer expanded plate 32, and both the left and right portions of the outer face of each vertical plate 33 and the inner face of a recessed fitting portion 15 are formed with first and second engaging means 14 and 34 to be mutually engaged for preventing the handle based end from being pulled out upwards.
