The assembly block, e.g. of aluminium alloy or synthetic material, is in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped with two through holes (7, 8) of identical cross-section to receive connecting bars, holes (TF1) for fixings, and systems for fastening to panels or other components. The block measures, for example 74 x 37 x 28.5 mm, with the main bar holes lying parallel to its height.
