An attachment plate (8) is attached to a door pillar (6). A flexible arm (9) is attached to the end of the plate and a phone holder (10). The holder is moved between the idle and operative positions based on the mode of the mobile phone (13). The phone is set at height as normal field of vision in operative position and is set between driver's eyes and the pillar in normal driving position.
