<p>The multiple cable contact unit is for several cables, each of which has an insulating outer cover (2), a screen inside the cover and at least one conductor inside the screening. It has a connecting contact block, a protective housing, and inner casing for each cable which is arranged for coaxial positioning between a scaled part of the screening and the conductor, or conductors in each cable. An outer casing is provided for each cable and can be shrinkably placed around the scaled end part of the screening and an adjacent non-scaled part of each cable, establishing around the periphery an electrical connection between the screening and the outer casing. A multi-holder (1) with individual hollowed formations non-rotatably holds each outer casing and establishes an electrical connection between the outer casings and the protective housing.</p> |
