A nonwoven fabric is formed with, in addition to crests of high fibers surface density and troughs of low fibers surface density extending in parallel one to another in one direction, bridge-like regions each extending transversely of this one direction between pair of the crest and the trough adjoining each other, and thereby enables a direction dependency of tensile strength and stretchability to be effectively alleviated. |
