<p>The present invention relates to substituted indane or dihydroindole compounds of formula (I) wherein A is an indole. Disclosed is also pharmaceutical composition with high affinity for D4 receptors and also their use for treatment of positive or negative symptoms of schizophrenia, other psychosis, anxiotic states, such as in general anguish, panic and obsedant compulsive states, depression, alcohol dependence, control disorders, aggression states, side-effects caused by usual anti-psychotic substances, ischemic states, migraine, senile dementia, cardiovascular disorders and for sleep improvement.</p> |
