A new and distinct cultivar of Phalaenopsis plant named 'Exotic Fire', characterized by its pale yellow-colored flowers with red purple-colored venation and red purple-colored labellum; freely flowering habit; upright, freely branching and sturdy flowering stems, and excellent postproduction longevity.
