PURPOSE: A belt fixing device is provided to ensure both rigidity and aesthetic advantages of different materials used, including a metallic element and a synthetic resin element, by integrally combining the metallic and synthetic resin elements in an appropriate ratio. CONSTITUTION: The belt fixing device comprises: a belt connecting unit(11a) made of metal; a belt fixing unit(16a) made of metal; and a middle unit(21a) made of a transparent synthetic resin. The belt connecting unit(11a) has a fitting channel(14) into which an end of a belt is fittingly inserted. The belt fixing unit(16a) has a fixing projection(17) engaged with a belt hole pierced at the other end of the belt. The middle unit(21a) has a joint member(22) formed at either side thereof to be fitted into the fitting channel(14).
