An auxiliary band for ED patient, comprising a fixing device (2) formed of a case (5) having a stopper (5d) on an internal inlet (5e) side and a plow (6) mounted swingably on the case (5) or a fixing device (7) having a stopper (7d) forming a slit (7e) narrower than a ball (3a) of a ball chain and wider than a connection part (3b), the ball chain (3) connected to the fixing device (7) directly or through a spring, and a tube (4), whereby the band allows easily to be fitted to personally different sizes of penises, and can clamp the penises before expansion to reduce veins so as to positively prompt the penises to be erected.
