PURPOSE: Provided is a cultivating method of green bean sprouts which contain chlorophyll, has no hairy roots and improved mouth feeling and contains abundant nutrients. CONSTITUTION: A cultivating method of green bean sprouts is characterized by the steps of: making a furrow to regulate the strength of a ray of light incident and having the bottom consisted of hardened soil and the wall composed of bricks in a vinyl house; covering the furrow with new soil into a depth of 3cm; placing beans soaked in water thereon; covering the beans with sand into a depth of 2-3cm and watering them; removing the sand when the beans grow up 3-4cm and watering them; spreading 6-benzylaminopurine, then a mixed solution of indol-3-yl acetic acid and 6-benzylaminopurine to the beans; spreading 6-benzylaminopurine when the beans grow up 7-8cm; and collecting them when they grow up 12-18cm.
