SCRUBBER WITH MULTI-STEPS OF DUST COLLECTING LAYERS

PURPOSE: Provided is a scrubber for effectively eliminating dust in air by spraying water using spray pipes arranged in a plurality of steps in a dust collecting chamber. CONSTITUTION: The scrubber comprises a casing being comprised of an air intake chamber(21) connected to an air inlet, a dust collecting chamber(25) and an air outlet chamber(24) connected to an air outlet; an air intake damper(30) installed in the air intake chamber(21) for adjusting inflow rate of air introduced into the air intake chamber(21); an air discharge damper(40) installed in the air outlet chamber(24) for adjusting outflow rate of the purified air; a plurality of water spray pipes(51,52,53) arranged to be distanced from each other in multi-steps and connected to water supply source; and a fiber-filled plate(60) installed between the spray pipe installed in an outlet side of the dust collecting chamber(25) and the air outlet chamber(24).
