PURPOSE: A method for conducting offline electronic payment using a mobile communication terminal mounting a combination-type smart card thereon is provided to download application information for many credit cards in the smart card, thereby enabling a user to conduct electronic payment by using a self credit card. CONSTITUTION: When a cellular phone user inputs a PIN(Personal Identification Number)(S501), a controller resets each component of a combination-type smart card(S502). A CPU of the smart card reads ATR(Answer to Reset) information, and applies the read information to the controller of a cellular phone(S503). When the controller transmits a read PIN to the CPU, the CPU compares the inputted PIN with the read PIN(S505). If the two PINs are the same(S506), the CPU changes state information of a read file to 'OK'(S507), initializes time data to '0'(S511), and updates as much as an elapsing time. The CPU reads royalty information from an ROM, and sequentially transmits the read royalty information to an RF terminal(S512). |
