摘要

PURPOSE: A wet processing bath for a liquid crystal display device is provided to add an anti-chemical material to a durable material forming a main body by coating, thereby preventing the reaction between chemicals and the main body. CONSTITUTION: A wet processing bath for a liquid crystal display device includes a main body formed of a durable material(112) coated with an anti-chemical material(114) such as Teflon film. The anti-chemical material has no reaction with chemicals such as an organic solvent for preventing the influence of the chemicals during the wet processing.
