PURPOSE: An EC(Electric Commerce) system and a method thereof are provided to promote the EC by making a buyer and a seller transact the article at a proper price. CONSTITUTION: An auction article database(D1) stores the information such as the highest bidding price, the lowest bidding price, an article code number, a remaining time, a bidding qualification, and a photo of each article. An auction registration tool(T2) gives a point to join in the auction freely to the buyer buying the article or using a service in the EC system, and makes the buyer buy the article according to the total point bidden from the bidders if the buyer becomes the successful bidder. A bidding tool(T3) selects a successful bidding price as the bidding price on a bidding application written by the most bidders, and selects all bidders written the successful bidding price as a predetermined successful bidder.
