PURPOSE: Provided is a sludge scraper system in circular settling basin, which is capable of minimizing erosion and slip of drive roll against guide rail. CONSTITUTION: The sludge scraper system comprises a drive shaft(26) which is installed at the center of a circular settling basin(10); a truss arm(21) which is horizontally arranged with one end thereof being supported by the drive shaft; a guide rail(22) on which corrugation(22c) is formed with upper side thereof being declined toward inner side of the circular settling basin; a drive roll(23) on which corrugation(34a) is formed to be engaged with the corrugation(22c) formed on the guide rail; and a sludge scraper which collects settled sludge into a sludge trap with being supported by the truss arm.
