PURPOSE: A plastic forming method of an elastic hinge for spectacles and a hinge according thereto are provided, which improves overall endurance by adopting a forging process after a cutting process. CONSTITUTION: According to the fabrication of a hinge for spectacles comprising an outer part and a middle part and an inner part, a ring-shaped pole(20) having a constant diameter is loaded onto a shelf. The ring-shaped pole is cut repetitively into three diameter parts(21,22,23). Plane parts(21',22') are formed by forging two diameter parts(21,22) at first in the cut ring-shaped pole. Then, an elastic hinge(30) is formed by shaping an outer part(31) and a middle part(32) with a fixed dimension by second forging as to the plane parts.
