PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method for noodles using white lotus liquid to remove greasy taste and smell from noodles, to give flavor and color of white lotus, and to provide excellent natural pharmacological components and abundant minerals. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for noodles using white lotus liquid is characterized by using white lotus liquid in the mixing process while manufacturing noodles, and steaming the noodles by passing them through a seam box using white lotus liquid. |
