LASER MARKING METHOD USING DECENTERED CAMERA LENS

PURPOSE: A laser marking method using a decentered camera lens is provided to mark letters in a predetermined position of chips inside a tray even if the chips are disarrayed by using a charge coupled device(CCD) camera. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of chips inside the tray are recognized by using the CCD camera(32). A marking pattern is determined according to an individual chip. The plurality of chips inside the tray are marked through a galvano-scanner and an f-theta lens(30) by using a laser beam from a laser generating unit. The center line of a lens(36) attached to the front of the CCD camera is located in a position separated from the center line of the CCD camera by a predetermined interval.
