PURPOSE: A nonskid apparatus of a vehicle is provided to enable a driver to mount or remove the nonskid apparatus of the vehicle by operation from a driver's seat. CONSTITUTION: A nonskid apparatus(2) of a vehicle comprises an operating pin comprising a mounting-advancing pin and a combination-releasing pin projected or inserted toward a wheel(11) according to the operation from a driver's seat; a cam fixed to the wheel, to rotate from a shaft(12) of a tire(1) toward the tire when the mounting-advancing pin is projected; a rotating frame(21) forming a nonskid rod(22) at the end; and a fixing device fixing the rotating frame when the nonskid rod is exposed to the bottom of the tire and releasing combination of the rotating frame when the combination-releasing pin is projected. The rotating frame is exposed to the bottom of the tire when the cam rotates and returns by rotation when an external force is not applied.
