PURPOSE: A method for packing vegetables for long-term preserve and distributing the same is provided to guarantee maximum profit to a cultivator by extensively reducing a side expense due to a complex and multi-step distribution path, and to reduce an economic burden of a customer by continuously supplying the vegetables at a proper price. CONSTITUTION: A cultivating land is divided by considering a cultivating land dispersion, a transportation distance, and a position condition, and a collector arranged to each divided cultivating land manages entire process of the cultivation by discussing with the cultivator(S1). The vegetables are collected and managed by the collector, and the collector seals up and packages the vegetables by replacing with nitrogen or dividing into small parts(S2). After storing the vegetable in a low temperature warehouse, the vegetables are sold to a member or a general customer through the Internet or other communication by directly delivering it to a member shop in a low temperature state(S3).
