PURPOSE: An equipment is provided to reduce noises step by step without causing an exhaust resistance, while allowing for a smooth flow of fluid in a muffler. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a plurality of separator walls for cutting off noises, and which are arranged in a pipe. The noise passing through the pipe is attenuated by the separator walls in such a manner that the intensity of the noise at the outlet port of the pipe is weakened.
