PURPOSE: A compressor unit with a triple trochoidal rotor and a compressor with the same are provided to deliver working fluid at high pressure. CONSTITUTION: A compressor unit(110) includes a first rotor(115) having a plurality of trochoidal gear teeth formed on a periphery thereof, and having a driving shaft(114) fixed to a rotary center thereof; a second rotor(117) having the first rotor eccentrically stored therein, and having a trochoidal gear formed on an inner circumferential surface thereof to be engaged with the gear of the first rotor and having teeth whose number is larger than the number of teeth formed on the first rotor by one, and having trochoidal gear teeth formed on a periphery thereof in number identical with the number of the teeth formed on the inner circumferential surface thereof; a third rotor(119) having the second rotor eccentrically stored therein, and having trochoidal gear formed on an inner circumferential surface thereof to be engaged with the gear formed on the periphery of the second rotor in such a manner than number of trochoidal gear teeth is larger than the number of the gear teeth of the second rotor by one; a casing(111) hermetically storing the first rotor, the second rotor and the third rotor, and supporting the driving shaft of the first rotor in such a manner that the driving shaft protrudes to an outside thereof, and rotates therein; a first suction port(121) formed on a side of the driving shaft, and placed on a location on which the gear of the first rotor and the gear formed on the inner circumferential surface of the second gear are separated.
