PURPOSE: A cervical vertebra pulling device is provided to prevent the occurrence of a TMJ fault since no impact or pressure is applied to jaw and pull cervical vertebra effectively since the extension length of the cervical vertebra becomes larger. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises: a backing portion(10) backing the boundary region between the face and neck of a human body and being openable and closable; a supporting portion(20) mounted on a trunk region; a fixing unit(30) detachably connecting and fixing one side of the backing portion(10) and of the supporting portion(20); an extending unit detachably connecting the backing portion(10) and the supporting portion(20) at the rear face of the neck and generating a power by an input power source to lift the backing portion(10); and an operation control unit(50) supplying a power source to the extending unit according to a switch operation of a user.
