PURPOSE: A portable shopping cart is provided to offer convenience to a user by minimizing the size of the shopping cart and enabling the user to loading the shopping cart into a vehicle directly. CONSTITUTION: A rotary shaft(3) is installed at both sides of the lower center of a basket(2), and rotates a support(1) attached to wheels(8) into the top of the basket. A plurality of pin holes(5,6) are formed at the support, and fix the support to the basket. A stopper pin(4) fixes the support to the pin holes.
