PURPOSE: A built-in capacitor and a stacked substrate including the same are provided to obtain sufficiently the capacitance of the capacitor by controlling the length of a via hole and the interval between the via holes. CONSTITUTION: A built-in capacitor includes a dielectric(B2), an upper plate(B1), a bottom plate(B3), a connection terminal, and a plurality of via holes(B5,B6). The dielectric(B2) is used for keeping the electromagnetic field. The upper plate(B1) and the bottom plate(B3) are formed at an upper side and a bottom side of the dielectric(B2). The upper plate(B1) and the bottom plate(B3) are formed with conductors. The connection terminal is connected to the upper plate(B1) and the bottom plate(B3) in order to input or output signals. The via holes(B5,B6) are used for connecting the upper plate(B1), the dielectric(B2), and the bottom plate(B3) to each other. The connection terminal is formed with the first port(PORT1) and the second port(PORT2).
