PURPOSE: A driving circuit of a fan motor of an air-conditioning system for a vehicle is provided to improve durability of the fan motor. CONSTITUTION: A driving circuit comprises an air conditioner/compressor relay(11) switched depending on signal of an ignition switch and power input of a battery; a thermostat(12) connected with the air conditioner/compressor relay for temperature control; an air conditioner switch(13) and a blower switch(14) connected with the thermostat in parallel to operate an air-conditioning system; a timer(15) connected with the thermostat, and setting time for which initial starting current of a fan motor(18) is output to output control signal for the time; a motor relay(16) switched depending on the control signal output from the timer to selectively control driving of the fan motor; a resistor(17) connected with one end of the motor relay to reduce rated voltage output depending on switching of the air conditioner/compressor relay by half for the time set by the timer; and the fan motor connected with the other end of the motor relay to be driven by voltage reduced by the resistor for the time set by the timer, by the rated voltage output depending on switching of the air conditioner/compressor relay after the time set by the timer has passed.
