PURPOSE: An apparatus combining planner and blasting machine is provided to execute a planning work and a blasting work simultaneously with one equipment, to exclude the necessity of an auxiliary generator without using electricity as a power source, to prevent the scatter of dust and pollutant in a job site and to simplify work by attaching a traveling device. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus combining planner and blasting machine comprises: a main body(100) attached with a traveling device, a dust collector and a hydraulic generator; a coupler attached on the front of the main body(100) composed of a primary coupling plate(410) attached on the front of the main body(100), a secondary coupling plate(420) hinged on the front of the primary coupling plate(410) to move vertically and provided with a coupling shaft(425), a hydraulic cylinder(450) attached to the lower side of the primary coupling plate(410) and the upper side of the secondary coupling plate(420) to move the secondary coupling plate(420) vertically by hydraulic pressure, and a third coupling plate(430) fixed on the rear end of an operator and provided with a perforated hole to couple with the coupling shaft(425) of the secondary coupling plate(420); and an operator composed of a planner and a blasting machine coupled by the coupler to execute a planning work and a blasting work selectively by the hydraulic pressure generated from the hydraulic generator of the main body(100).
