ANTI-FREEZING FISH LURING AGENT COMBINED WITH KRILL SHRIMP AND METHOD FOR PREPARATION OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided are an anti-freezing fish luring agent and a process for preparing the same by combining conventional luring agent together with the anti-freezing additive and krill shrimp without water content in order to maintain original shape and flexibility of the shrimp as possible. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises steps of thawing the frozen krill at 15-20deg.C(10); naturally removing water from the thawed krill up to reach 30-40%(20); admixing additive for removing water to the de-watered krill to further remove the residual water content(30); drying the additive smeared to surface of the krill with cold wind blow at 5-10deg.C by introducing the krill penetrated with the additive(40); combining 400g-1kg of conventional luring agent and 50-700g propylene glycol or glycerin to 1kg krill after the drying step(40) to form a final fish luring agent composition(50); and finally packaging the composition to form a product(60).
