PURPOSE: A press mold which prevents panel from being held between lower mold steels of the press mold is provided. CONSTITUTION: In a press mold(100) comprising upper mold(11) and lower mold(21) to form a panel(17), the press mold comprises an upper mold steel(10) which is connected to the upper mold, at the tip of which first projection part(13) is formed, and in which second projection part(15) is formed at the inner side of the first projection part; and lower mold steels(20) which are connected to the lower mold, at which third projection part is formed in such a way that the third projection part is engaged with the first projection part to cut the panel, and at which resting part is installed so that the second projection part is rested on the resting part to bend an end part of the cut panel, wherein a penetration hole is formed at the inner side of the resting part of the lower mold steels, rod member(27) is slidingly connected to the penetration hole, and spring member is installed at the outer side of the rod member so that the rod member is selectively projected to the outer side of the resting part.
