PURPOSE: A preprocessing automation system for recycling waste vinyls is provided, which obtains superior cutting, washing and dehydrating effects by performing combination of cutting, washing and dehydrating processes of collected waste vinyls step by step at the same time. CONSTITUTION: The preprocessing automation system for recycling waste vinyls comprises a cutting and washing machine(10) for cutting waste vinyls using a cutter and washing the waste vinyls using supplied washing water at the same time; a circulation washing tank(30) for simultaneously washing and transferring the cut waste vinyls and precipitating foreign materials by circulating washing water using pump and screw blade; a centrifugal dehydrator(60) for performing dehydration by centrifugal rotary power with motor being connected to a perforated pipe having large diameter; a wind force transfer pipe(91) for transferring waste vinyls cut by wind force; a screw dehydrating dryer(70) equipped with screw(71) and wind force generator(90) and connected to the wind force transfer pipe(91) to dehydrate, dry and transfer the waste vinyls at the same time; perforated screw conveyors(20,50) equipped with screw rotated by rotary power of motor(85) inside perforated pipe(51) to transfer and dehydrate the waste vinyls at the same time; and a mesh conveyor(40) equipped with stainless steel mesh(41) functioning as conveyor belt to transfer and dehydrate the waste vinyls at the same time. |
