摘要 PURPOSE: A noble hydrocarbon pyrolysis process capable of simultaneously increasing yield of olefin such as ethylene, propylene and butadiene and extending continuous operation days compared to existing pyrolysis process, and a pyrolysis process of hydrocarbons capable of extending the life time of pyrolysis pipe are provided. CONSTITUTION: In a pyrolysis process of hydrocarbons for preparing olefin by pyrolysis reacting paraffin based hydrocarbons under the existence of steam, the pyrolysis process of hydrocarbons is characterized in that the pyrolysis reaction is performed in a pyrolysis reaction pipe into which porous inorganic materials having pore diameter of 1 to 5μm, porosity of 10 to 80% and the maximum specific surface area of 0.1 m¬2/g are inserted or filled, wherein 5 to 30 vol.% of the porous inorganic materials are inserted or filled into the pyrolysis reaction pipe, wherein the porous inorganic materials are one or more inorganic materials selected from the group consisting of alumina, silica, magnesium oxide, calcium oxide, iron oxide and zirconium oxide, wherein the porous inorganic materials are inserted or filled into a part or the total of the pyrolysis reaction pipe in a row, and wherein the porous inorganic materials are coated with one or more alkali compounds selected from the group consisting of KVO3, K2CO3, KBO2, KWO3, KNbO3 and K2SO4.
