PURPOSE: Detection primers for genetically modified organism(GMO) and manufactured goods, primers and probes for quantification of genetically modified organism, and a detection kit using the same are provided, thereby easily detecting GMO. CONSTITUTION: A detection primer is at least one primer selected from g88 of SEQ ID NO: 1, g215 of SEQ ID NO: 2, t9 of SEQ ID NO: 3, t66 of SEQ ID NO: 4, t395 of SEQ ID NO: 5, m39 of SEQ ID NO: 6, m232 of SEQ ID NO: 7, s223 of SEQ ID NO: 10, s363 of SEQ ID NO: 11, cb6 of SEQ ID NO: 12 and cb147 of SEQ ID NO: 13. A DNA fragment containing a foreign gene PCR product amplified by the detection primer for GMO and an endogenous gene PCR product amplified by a detection primer for an endogenous gene is provided, wherein the detection primer for the endogenous gene is primer L554 of SEQ ID NO: 18, or primer L701 of SEQ ID NO: 19; the detection primer for the endogenous gene is primer SB1043 of SEQ ID NO: 20, or primer SB1142 of SEQ ID NO: 21. A plasmid pUC contains the DNA fragment. The probes for quantification of GMO are selected from LTM of SEQ ID NO: 14, EPTM of SEQ ID NO: 15, SBTM of SEQ ID NO: 16 and STM of SEQ ID NO: 17.
