PURPOSE: An instrument for training cutting of fur of a pet is provided to considerably reduce a time required for the teaching of cutting as well as a time required to prepare an object for use in the practice of cutting. CONSTITUTION: The instrument for training the cutting of fur of a pet comprises a pet model having a certain shape, an artificial fur unit(20) detachably attached to the pet model and obtained by implanting artificial fur(21) having constant lengths at the surface thereof, a fastening structure(30) integrally provided at the ends of certain regions of the artificial fur unit surrounding the neck, body, legs and tail of the pet model for freely coupling or separating the ends, and a head pocket portion(40) integrally formed at the tip end of the artificial fur unit and configured to cover the head of the pet model through an entrance(41).
