PURPOSE: A method for preparing alcoholic drinks is provided, thereby preparing high quality alcoholic drinks which are excellent in flavor and aroma. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing alcoholic drinks comprises the steps of: dipping normal rice in water for 12 hours, followed by boiling and cooling to give the hard boiled rice; mixing malted rice with the hard boiled rice; adding water, ginger powder, pine tree leaf powder, Schizandra chinesis BAILL. powder, Lycium Chinense powder and Tricholoma matsutake sing powder into the hard boiled rice, and fermenting the mixture for 3 to 5 days to prepare crude liquor; boiling glutinous rice, followed by mixing malt with the hard boiled glutinous rice; mixing the mixture with the crude liquor, fermenting the mixture for 2 to 3 days, and filtering the fermented mixture; adding glucose into the filtrated solution and stationing the mixture to collect clean solution; adding malted rice powder into the clean solution, followed by maturing the mixture for 2 hours and filtering the mixture; and adding hard boiled glutinous rice into the filtered mixture, and fermenting the mixture for 2 to 3 days.
