PURPOSE: A device for transmitting display data of a portable terminal is provided to exclusively transmit user data of a controller and video signals of a camera in each frame section, thereby updating data displayed on the display. CONSTITUTION: A camera(40) takes a picture of a subject, and generates video data. A video processor(50) processes the pictured video data in display standards. A user data generator(11) generates user data in accordance with a display mode. A display(60) displays the video data in the first display region, and displays the user data in the second display region. A controller(10) controls a transmission path to transmit the video data of the video processor(50) to the first display region in a certain section, and to transmit the user data to the second display region in the rest sections.
