PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate work, and to improve analyzing accuracy for analyzing structure of a target molecule captured by a biosensor. SOLUTION: This molecule analyzing method includes at least a molecule transfer procedure for transferring and recovering the target molecule for indicating the reactive interaction with a detecting molecule previously bonded to a detecting surface (of a sensor chip) of a biosensor device for analyzing the interaction between molecules to a solid phase such as a film body, not to a liquid phase by press-fitting.
