<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt housing a battery capable of wearing in place of an ordinary belt for clothes, conveniently wearable and prolonging service life of a portable device. <P>SOLUTION: The belt comprises a belt body comprising an outer skin (14) and an inner skin (15) each made of flexible material integrated in a body by sewing, a flexible sheet type rechargeable battery (20) installed between the outer skin and the inner skin of the belt body, a buckle provided with more than one input and output power holes and a space for housing a circuit board, and the circuit board which is housed in the buckle, provided with more than one output and input jacks electrically connected with the rechargeable battery (20). The belt is used as an ordinary waist belt preventing slip down of trousers and enables the portable device simply usable by connecting the device to the output jack of the buckle of the belt when the battery of the device is expired. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
