<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform transmission with a transmission output lowered instead of inhibiting transmission until a temperature rise inside ratio reaches the limit because transmission inhibition is sometimes inadequate, as in emergency, even though a radio terminal for a mobile station sets a limitation in a continuous transmission time to forcedly inhibit transmission when a fixed time has elapsed in order to suppress the temperature rise during transmission. <P>SOLUTION: When performing a continuous transmission, heat generation is suppressed by performing the transmission while attenuating transmission power after the lapse of a fixed time. At the same time, a transmission output is stopped when the internal temperature rise reaches critical limit by being monitored with a temperature sensor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
