<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time limit management device and time limit management method for automatically preannouncing an expiration by unifying time limit management devices. <P>SOLUTION: This device comprises an input means 14 for entering the identification data of a time limit name from a requester and a reference date for specifying its expiration date through a communication line; an arithmetic means 16 for calculating the expiration date and a desired date before the expiration date based on the reference date; a storage means 18 for storing at least the identification data, the reference date and the desired date; a collation means 24 for collating the desired date with the calender date outputted from a clock part 20 for clocking calender information, and outputting a matching signal 22 when the both are matched; and a reporting means 28 for automatically outputting, in response to the matching signal 22, an electronic mail 26 which preannounces the expiration to an electronic mail server optionally designated by the requester through a communication line 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
