PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator structure of a brushless motor capable of dissipating heat from a coil to the outside of the motor while securing rigidity. SOLUTION: The brushless motor comprises: a rotatably supported shaft; a magnet which is integrally fixed to the shaft and generates a magnetic field; a coil which is arranged at the external periphery of the magnet via a space so as to generate torque; a hollow stator core of which the internal periphery is fixably in contact with the external periphery of the coil, and which is arranged so as to block a magnetic circuit together with the magnet; and a housing to which the stator core is fixed, and which brings the rigidity of the motor as a whole. A notch is formed at the side of the housing, and a heat sink plate is arranged so as to be pushed into the notch and to press the external periphery of the stator core. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
