PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for discriminating order of arrival and time capable of discriminating a state of each mobile body while confirming it on an image by superimposing character information such as comments or symbols or the like on an image for discrimination and recording and displaying the resulting image. SOLUTION: The apparatus for discriminating order of arrival and time is provided with: a character information entry operation unit capable of selecting a position and a character string optionally; and a means for writing the selected character string to an information memory and moving the position of the written character. Thus, the opportunity of misjudgment or the like is reduced, the character information can be recorded on the same image as information and discrimination at the time of reproduction can be facilitated.
