PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, to a person perusing a home page, information concerned in the home page fit to the person, and to inform selectively the perusing person of an objective person for the own home page of the presence of the own home page, by a person preparing the home page and waiting the peruse from the perusing person. SOLUTION: This information processor is provided with a distribution information storage means for storing home page information and a condition for providing the home page while correlated each other, a user information storage means for storing user-specifying information and user information while correlated each other, a user information acquiring means for acquiring, from the user information storage means, the user information correlated with the user- specifying information received from a user terminal, an extraction means for extracting, from the distribution information storage means, the home page information associated with the provision condition conformed with the user information acquired by the user information acquiring means, and a transmission means for transmitting the extracted home page information to the user terminal.
