The container (10), made from an elastically-deformable material, has at least one dedicated grip zone (17) formed by curved recesses (22a, 22b) in opposite edges, while two other edges act as hinges when the zones are compressed to facilitate expulsion of the contents. The grip zones cover at least 20 per cent of the container's total height, with the hinges formed by vertical grooves (24).
