PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication equipment capable of performing processing about a Web page in response to information about an external state. SOLUTION: When a Web browser 11 acquires a Web page including designation information for designating a communication applet stored in a local Web server, the Web browser 11 acquires a communication applet 121 from the local Web server and performs the acquired communication applet 121. The performed communication applet 121 acquires a character string obtained as a voice recognition result by a voice recognition engine 13 through a state monitoring processing part 14.
