PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buried article made of FRPs, in which FRPs are cut surely by a cutter bit and which does not close a sludge withdrawal pipe and does not interrupt the excavation of a shield machine. SOLUTION: Heating coils 12 melting an FRP resin by a heat generation by an electric conduction and carbonizing the resin is installed to the buried article 10 made of FRPs. Since the buried article made of FRPs is brought to the state, in which the FRP resin is cut, by conducting electricity through the heating coil 12 and strength is lowered, the buried article can be cut easily by the cutter bit for the shield machine.
